This is Soul, the Community Souls Expansion final accessory made with 7 times the unique items from the normal Soul of Eternity.
3979 unique items in total, 33 mandatory mods to achieve this lenght and +100 hours worth of craft.

Its obtainament it's actually impossible for anyone who tries to hop on the crafting journey. With the mod deleted and new updates from other mods is actually impossible to have everything at once in one place. There may be a few duplicated/outdated items because of the amount of mods and old versions.

If ya wanna know more about Community Souls Expansion join its discord, don't hope much news from now since there are more projects being worked on, and again don't ask for a copy of the mod, you won't be able to play nor getting this close to this recipe.
